Who says exercise has to be boring and tiresome? Going to the gym can be embarrassing, tiresome, and time consuming, especially with cumbersome work schedules and busy families. There are plenty of excellent ways to burn calories and fat while toning muscle without going to the gym.
First, think about what you do every single day. For example, if you work at a coffee shop you are burning many more calories a day just by walking around and working than if you worked in an office.
